[linux-tr] Auto 16/4 Token-Ring on ThinkPad 760 - working?

I may finally have this combination working.  For those interested
parties out there, I used the following:

     o  kernel 2.2.9
     o  ibmtr.c.patch.0518
     o  PCMCIA card services 3.0.12
     o  replace i82365.c, i82365.h, and ricoh.h with the versions
          from pcmcia-cs-3.0.5
