Actualy, I just noticed this as it was sending:

			  ^^^^^^^^^^^^
				This is an IBM TR address.  Looks like the
				token ring side is up and going.  You may
				want to take a look at the ethernet side
				again.  Make sure they have their own	
				IPX network addresses or they will not	
				route (although you could possibly
				bridge).
